This "Snapshot" shows the Average Days to Sell and Median Sale Prices for Single-Family Homes in the Silicon Valley cities of Campbell, Cupertino, Mountain View, San Jose, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. Many of these cities have multiple zip codes that vary widely in housing values.

"I've known Pat for 10 years. I’ve worked with a couple real estate agents before him, and none since. We met at a real estate seminar for new buyers where he was the key speaker. There are a few reasons I stayed loyal to Pat. He took me through the whole process of buying a house using graphs and charts from inspections, appraisal, deposits and offers. I felt I was educated, more knowledgeable, and more confident after that. He steered me to the best neighborhoods and helped me weigh out the pros and cons of each property and its area. He didn’t just steer me to properties that would just be the easiest or fastest deal to negotiate like my previous realtors did. Pat has helped me buy 2 properties since 2005. We named buying the 2nd property "The Deal of the Century." Not only was I buying the house in the middle of The Great Recession, I was using a VA Loan with lots of restrictions put on the seller. Most sellers in those days were in distress and the feeling we got was that most sellers wouldn’t be able conform or pay for those restrictions. He even negotiated Termite Repairs for us with the Short Sale Manager at the seller's bank. That was also very rare. We are still in that house and happy, however my family has grown during the last 5 years so we will be using Pat to buy a bigger house and sell my current one simultaneously using only Pat.
