Campbell Condos/Townhouses had 16 closed sales receiving 90.87% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $574,500 and an average price of $587,055. There were thirty-two new listings for the month of October.

Single-family homes in Campbell had an average of fifty days on market (DOM) and sixty-six cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of thirty DOM and fifty-one CDOM.
