The January 2008 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 152 sales receiving 96.81% of list price. These closings had an average price of $1,206,153. There were 561 new listings reported.

Total Sales: $183,335,371

The January 2007 Completed Sales Report for San Mateo County Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 275 sales receiving 97.55% of list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,104,005. There were 486 new listings reported.

Total Sales: $303,601,643

January/2008~San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 47 closed sales receiving 97.77% of list price. These closings had an average price of $584,856. There were 171 new listings for the month of January.

Total Sales: $27,488,252

2007~San Mateo County Condos/Townhouses had 89 closed sales receiving 99.7% of list price. These closings had an average price of $603,776. There were 191 new listings reported.

January/2008~Single-Family Homes in Santa Clara County had an average of 63 days on market (DOM) and 76 cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of 74 DOM and 98 CDOM.

2007~Single-Family Homes in San Mateo County had an average of 59 DOM and 74 CDOM. Condos/Townhouses had an average of 67 DOM and 83 CDOM.
