The September/2008 Silicon Valley Sales Report for Berryessa Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 50 sales receiving 98.12% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $569,000 and an average price of $570,709. There were 93 new listings reported to the MLS for the month of September.  Total Sales: $28,535,470
