These closings represented a median price of $745,000 and an average price of $778,576.

Forty-one new listings were also reported.

Santa Clara Condos/Townhouses had 17 closed sales receiving 97.37% of list price.

These closings represented a median price of $445,000 and an average price of $474,176.

There were twenty-eight new listings for the month of December.

 

Single-Family Homes in Santa Clara had an average of forty-one days on market (DOM) and forty-eight cumulative days on market (CDOM).
