The October 2007 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 39 sales receiving 98.44% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $765,000 and an average price of $790,077. Eighty-eight new listings were also reported.
Santa Clara Condos/Townhouses had 23 closed sales receiving 98.05% of list price. These closings represented a median price of $450,000 and an average price of $470,620. There were forty-seven new listings for the month of October.
Single-family homes in Santa Clara had an average of forty-five days on market (DOM) and fifty cumulative days on market (CDOM). Condos/Townhouses had an average of forty-nine DOM and fifty-nine CDOM.
