Representing so many First-Time Buyers early in my career prompted my Consumer-Protection Seminar Series. Several Banks asked me to create First-Time Buyer Seminars, often conducted in the lobbies of their branches.
Teaching First-time Buyers how to safely purchase condos, townhouses and single-family homes in Silicon Valley was a success. That prompted me to write seminars geared to also keeping agents and sellers out of harm's way.
