The Q3/2007 Completed Sales Report for Santa Clara County Single-Family Homes saw a closing of 2,241 sales receiving 99.89% of list price. These closings represented an average price of $1,059,330. 5,572 new listings were also reported.

Santa Clara County Condos/Townhouses had 933 closed sales receiving 99.70% of list price. These closings represented an average price of $560,540. Condos/Townhouses had an average of thirty-seven DOM and forty-seven CDOM.
