The art of selling homes lies in how they are prepared, presented and marketed to attain the highest value and find a willing buyer. There is a long list of strategies and tactics to selling homes and Pat is familiar and well-practiced in them all. His commitment to clients is that he will deploy the strategy and tactics that best apply to each property and drive desired outcomes.

Customer and Marketing Services

An act of helpful activity, or service, originates in the heart, and how well it is received is highly subjective. The byproduct of service – performance results, is always in the forefront of Pat’s thinking and behavior – for home buyers and sellers. In addition to preparing homes for sales – staging and related improvement services, Kapowich Real Estate uses micro-websites, videos, advertising, mailers, brochures, broker tours and excellent relationships with other Realtors throughout the region to successfully market and sell each listing. Kapowich always – always, does live, in-person offer presentations. By comparison, most agents email offers and counter offers. Pat’s makeovers and staging programs are like store Grand Openings or a movie producer’s block buster summer film opening. He takes great pride in promoting grand opening week for open houses and guaranteeing strong traffic.
